Day 3, hmmm, how to describe? “Desert of water” about sums it up. We are parched and frankly, exhausted. There were highlights in the doldrums though- seals. We saw three seals today, the first of which popped up so close and so abruptly, I actually thought it was a human being that had just surfaced. It proceeded to sit head above water about 5 meters off the bow, and just stare at us. We couldn’t get the camera in time due to our surprise, we were dumbfounded and staring at each other.
Boats in the harbor are stacked 7+ deep, incredibly crowded but lovely as well.
