If you're going to lay out a big juicy roast beef on the stove to cool and then leave the room, you're asking for trouble. I had that thing on the floor in no time. But I didn't knock over the pan when I did it. I snatched it clean. This gave me time to take it upstairs to get in a few good bites before they came looking for it. And they couldn't beat me either with company over the house and all (hee-hee).
